Clos Pepé Estate
A light and fun Rose’ from a rather serious pinot noir vineyard. Made in the Basque style, the wine may have a light effervescense which accentuates its playful, fruity and structured style—also similar to a Blanc de Noir sparkling wine. There is no need to age this wine—it should be opened and enjoyed with reckless abandon. Great with goat cheese, oysters, olives, or foods with delicacy and richness.
